Access to Bitrix24 tasks

Description:

In Bitrix24, an employee can only view the tasks that they are involved in. For example, tasks in which he is a co-executor, or tasks assigned to a group in which he is a member.

Managers have a better situation: they also see the tasks of their subordinates.

But very often there is a need for an employee to observe the tasks of another. The situations are different:

• Forexample, a manager goes on vacation, and in his absence someone has to monitor the tasks of subordinates. As a rule, one of the most responsible subordinates is appointed.
• It happens that the heads of parallel departments need to see the tasks of each other and subordinates.
• Or when one of the managers does not have time to keep track of all the tasks and needs the help of an additional employee.

When there are a lot of tasks and every second is precious, not all tasks will have the right observers. To solve this problem, use this module. It is enough to specify in the settings the PARENT-user whose available tasks should be visible, and the CHILD-user to whom they should be visible, the module will automatically put the CHILD as observers in all tasks that are available to the PARENT.

Therefore, the necessary employee will have access to view the necessary tasks.
